1. Scope of Data Collection
Liang & Partners will collect, process and use the Data provided by clients for the purpose of providing legal advice and services, conducting clients management and business promotion. Such Data may include individuals' names, corporate' names, departments, titles, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses, postal addresses and other personal information as appropriate for the scope of representation.
The client may choose not to provide us with any Data but should do so with the understanding that this might affect Liang & Partners' capability and efficiency to provide the legal services, or give the legal advice, requested.

2. Process and Use
Within the scope of the aforesaid purposes, Liang & Partners, as well as its third party agents, will use the Data in the country or territory where Liang & Partners or its third party agents are located. Liang & Partners retain the Data as collected unless otherwise instructed by the client. Regardless of the aforesaid, Liang & Partners will continue to retain the Data as it deems necessary according to applicable laws.
Liang & Partners and its third party agents may contact the client through non-encrypted e-mails, for the purpose of providing the client with its legal updates, invitations, and other notices.
If the client does not wish to be contacted for the purpose mentioned above, upon the client's written notification, Liang & Partners will cease to provide the client with the aforementioned information.

3. Client's Relevant Rights
The client may make a written request for inspection or duplicate of the relevant Data collected by Liang & Partners. The client may request, in writing, Liang & Partners to supplement, modify, cease to collect, process, use, or delete his/her personal information according to the Personal Data Protection Act.
The client is requested to contact Liang & Partners in the manner and within the period specified in the notice from Liang & Partners for inspection and/or reproduction of his/her Data at the client's own costs. The client is requested to make another request with Liang & Partners if he/she is not available in the manner and within the period specified.

4. Amendments to this Policy
Liang & Partners may amend this Policy from time to time on Liang & Partners' website.
